Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Pocket Joy order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The item received is significantly different from what was shown/listed

Items must be unused and in their original condition where applicable.

Not eligible for return

We generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size/color selected by the customer
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Used or altered products

How to request a return

Contact us through Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with photos/videos showing the issue.

Once we review the request, we'll let you know the next steps.

If the return is approved because of an error on our part or a confirmed product issue, we'll arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been received and checked
